Training is essential to ensure a successful franchisee. In addition to the extensive initial training, Blazes' franchisees benefit from ongoing training tailored to specific requirements. Technical training is well within the scope of most individuals. Knowledge of fireplace installation and gas appliances is not necessary to operate a Blazes Fireplace and Heating franchise as installations are carried out by CORGI Sub Contractors. Full assistance is given in locating and vetting suitable Sub Contractors and training will be provided for them when necessary. The needs of each franchisee are carefully assessed and the training requirements tailored accordingly.
