To help you decide, here are Blazes’ answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have any queries, Blazes would be delighted to help.

What type of central heating boiler should I have?

It's dependent on your circumstances. Factors such as how much hot water you need, the size of your property and number of family members in the house all effect the type of central heating boiler you will need.

These factors are discussed when you arrange for a free no obligation central heating survey.

We will identify your needs and design a central heating system or replacement boiler that gives you guaranteed warmth and maximum efficiency to save on your gas bill.

Will a new boiler really save me money on my gas bill?

Yes - although it depends on the age of your old boiler. For example, if your boiler is over 20 years old and G rated, a new high efficiency ‘A’ rated boiler could save you as much as £600 a year dependent on the size of your property.

As an average it's around £250 a year. If you have old radiators, then designing a new central heating system will make your home warmer more quickly. The more efficient the central heating system, the bigger the savings.

When you come out to do a free central heating survey is there pressure to sign up there and then?

Absolutely not! Unlike many companies, we don't use hard sell tactics to get you to sign. We will carry out our survey, which takes around half an hour, and then leave so that we can prepare a quotation - which will be posted to you.

We understand that customers will be getting other quotes. However, we are confident that our quality of products and customer service will not be beaten.

We guarantee warmth and peace of mind with our free and exclusive extended warranties which is why so many satisfied customers choose Blazes central heating systems.
